In the evening, the restaurant beckons with refined and romantic candlelit dinners. The diversity of offerings and subtle art of a local and French cuisine, together with an excellent wine menu, has earned the restaurant an outstanding reputation. The French Chef also offers a gastronomic dinner featuring a table d’hôte menu and a vegetarian menu is available on request.
The Bar – a unique example of Polynesian artistry: an assortment of exotic woods (the floor is a mosaic of Aito, or Ironwood; coconut trunks and bamboo) volcanic stones from Taha’a – is open all day for your pleasure. The barman is happy to introduce you to a fine selection of original cocktails and delightful flavours mixed from local fresh fruit juices and Polynesian spirits.
